We pride ourselves in our customer care. We endeavour to ship any in stock item within 2 working days. Commissions and 'on order' items you will be given a quote for approximately due date and we will continue to communicate progress of your order in these instances.
For fabric orders under £100 we use Royal Mail as our preffered mail courier. Packages over £100 will we will send recorded, and may choose to use a different courier. (We reserve the right to send recorded post, but would notify you of any changes before sending)

To return faulty or damaged goods, please ensure that you contact us by emailing us at email@example.com prior to sending them back. In the event of goods being faulty, we will cover the costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. We advise sending goods back by a signed for service.
