Shipping policy
Standard postage and packing is charged by applying the average cost, plus VAT, of postal charges made to us, as well as processing, cutting, packing and administration. In addition, we offer a tracked, courier service for the UK Mainland(excluding Scottish highlands, Northern Ireland and UK islands).
Please note that any duty, taxes or customs handling charges incurred on overseas parcels are the responsibility of the recipient. Prices quoted on our website do not include overseas tax or duty. Sugar Bowl Crafts cannot accept responsibility for delayed or undelivered items due to unpaid taxes or customs charges.
Overseas shipments can sometimes be subject to delays, either in transit or due to hold-ups in customs. Whilst we will do our utmost to expedite all deliveries, these circumstances are outside our control and we cannot guarantee delivery dates to non UK destinations.
UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man orders are normally posted by Royal Mail second class, courier, or Parcelforce.
Non-UK orders are usually sent by tracked Royal Mail, courier or Parcelforce.
In certain circumstances (for example over-size items such as rolls of wadding) there may be an additional cost to the rates quoted above. Any such charges will be advised prior to dispatch and will not be taken without your agreement.
Unfortunately I am no longer able to ship to the EU due to new EU laws that have come into place in December 2024. To all my European customers, thank you for your support and I hope I can open back up again in the future.
